What data I process
When you email me, I receive your name, email address and whatever you write in your message. I use it only to reply to you and, if we agree to work together, to prepare and carry out that cooperation.
Legal basis
My legitimate interest in responding to your message, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long I keep it
Correspondence is kept only as long as needed for the conversation or cooperation. Where the law requires me to keep records (for example invoices), I keep them for the legally required period.
Who else processes data
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., which processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver the site. Emails are handled by my email provider. I do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask me for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, or object to processing. Just email me. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).
